Thank you for sharing your time with me which made my time in Canada very special. Although it is over the years and far across the ocean, I still remember and miss your big warm hug, Mr. Wilson. You are always a happy gentleman with very warm heart. You and Mrs. Wilson always gave me comfort and I learned a lot how to give and share your love with others. I am very sad that I cannot have your big hugs anymore but I am also grateful to think you are meeting Mrs. Wilson and Jesus in heavens. Thanks again and my deepest sympathies to all of your great thoughtful family members.

Mr. Wilson was a true gentleman. He had such a kind soul, always caring for others. Yet, he was also playful and fun to be around. I am grateful for those fond memories. My deepest sympathies to the Hillier and the Wilson family.

What a beautiful human being you were, Ron. It was truly a privilege to know you. You and Alice brought so much light into my life, simply through the grace, warmth, and love you shared as you lived your days together. I am grateful for every moment spent in your presence. My deepest condolences to all of Ron’s family. May your memories bring comfort and peace.

We at Compassion Canada were so blessed to have Ron (and Alice) serving as long-time volunteers in our office. He was always eager to serve, and made a point to engage with us staff, even in passing. When I'd run into Ron he'd always ask "Staying out of trouble?", when I'd reply "You bet!" he'd quickly answer "Well that's no fun!" We are thankful for his heart, his faith and his commitment to God's work. Praying for all the loved ones who will be missing him. We were blessed to know him.
