Peacefully surrounded by family, on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Victoria Hospital, in her 68th year. Beloved partner of David Burbank. Loving mother of the late Christopher (2020), Katie (Brenden) and Nicholas. Cherished Grandma Rose of Owen and Noah. Dear sister of Mary-Jo (Ken) Fitzpatrick, Catherine Moore (Robert), Walter G. Fowler (Judy), Timothy Fowler (Trish), the late Margaret Thorton, and Peter Fowler (Guimer). Also missed by Terry Fowler-Stewart, nephew, nieces, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 6, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. Registration will be required to attend the visitation.

I was very close to Rosemary when we worked at the law school at Western. She attended my wedding and I attended hers. I can't express how sad I am to hear of her passing. She certainly didn't deserve this at a young age. I am so incredibly sad to hear of this and morn her passing. My condolences to her family.
I really enjoyed the time I worked with Rosemary. She had a great sense of humor and always had a smile and a Hello for everyone! My condolences to her family and friends. Rest in peace Rosemary.
