Sandra Ann Fowler

On Friday, February 20, 2026, Sandra joined the love of her life, Scott. She will forever be a cherished sister to Lynne Humphrey (Paul), Sherri Mann (Bob), and Keith Doherty (Sharon). No matter where she lived, they were her rock—her foundation that stood by her side, always.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Ian (Roxanne) and Kyra (Dave) and her three grandchildren, Andrew, Mark, and Jamie. She adored her family – her nephews Chad, Brett, and Todd; her nieces Keri-Lyn, Melissa, Ashley and Paige; and the wonderful spouses who held their hands. Thank you, all of you.

Sandra believed in people and encouraged everyone she met to be the best they could be. She held herself to that same gold standard, earning an award for “outstanding accomplishments” and “the example she set for women in the future” from the Academy of Women Achievers of the YWCA.

Sandra’s career took off when she joined Caldwell Partners in 1974, ultimately becoming Vice President and playing a key role in the firm’s development of executive recruitment – particularly for women in senior positions. In 1990, she became Vice President of Boyden International, rejuvenating operations and expanding search efforts globally. She joined A.T. Kearney in 1993 as Vice President, helping integrate practices worldwide. In 1996, she founded her own company, and in 2000, she joined Drake Beam Morin as a Senior Consultant.

Innovative. Creative. Risk-taker. Believer. Sandra was justifiably proud of her career. Incredibly hardworking, yet always finding time for fun and laughter—whether on the golf course with Scott and friends, around the bridge or mahjong table with neighbours, or sitting outside, glass of Latour in hand, giggling and talking late into the night with those she loved best—she had a contagious joie de vivre that will be missed by all who were lucky to have her in their lives.

A funeral service will be held at Westview Funeral Home, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
