Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family at University Hospital, on Monday, March 25, 2024, Saveta passed away at the age of 89. She will be very much missed by her sons Nenad (Ranka) and Zeljko (Biljana), granddaughters Jovana (Marshall), Tanja (Zachary), Tina and great-granddaughter Sofia.
Saveta will be missed by many of her family and friends in Canada, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The family wishes to thank Lisa Cann, Patient Care Manager (Home and Community Care Support Services) and Meaningful Living Home Care Services (Draga, Diana, Saine, and Andrea).
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Church Service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 5567 Wonderland Road South, London. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery, 493 Springbank Drive, London.

Our condolences to all the family.
May grandma Saveta rest in peace. I will cherish all the memories we have together. Saveta was blessed to be surrounded by so many people who cared for her. She got to live a long fulfilling life with so much love. May she rest in peace and memories forever lasting.
I’m very sorry to hear about the passing of my grandmother. She was very kind and caring. She was so lucky to have such dedicated caregivers, in particular my uncle Nenad and aunt Ranka, who were her primary caregivers during the last few years of her life. Even though she never got to meet her only great-grandaughter Sofia, she will hear all about the great memories we had as she grows up. I will always keep our memories close to my heart. You will be greatly missed by all your family. May you rest in peace.
