Shirley Florence Parr

Peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2025, Shirley passed away at University Hospital, London at the age of 94.  Beloved wife of the late Roy Parr (2009).  Dear mother of the late John Parr (2024), James (Kathryn) Root Parr and Mary Ryan (Ken Steele).  Shirley was the beloved only daughter of the late John and Hilda Gilmour.  Shirley was a dedicated elementary and special education school teacher for many years with the Thames Valley District School Board and a long-time member of First Baptist Church London.  Interred at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London.  Those wishing to make a donation in Shirley’s memory are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
