Sui Lin immigrated to Canada in 1979 with her husband and three sons, settling in London, Ontario where she spent the remainder of her life. A homemaker and devoted mother, she worked as a seamstress while raising her three sons.

Sui Lin’s favourite moments included time spent with friends over coffee, mah jong and weekend dim sum. A long member of London’s Cantonese community, she was well known and had a warm smile for all.

A devoted wife, she and husband Ying Keung did everything together and happily experienced the pleasures of daily life shopping for Chinese groceries, working around the house or going for walks at the mall.

Sui Lin’s greatest joy was seeing her sons into adulthood and watching her grandsons grow up. As a devoted grandmother, she embraced this role and spoiled her grandsons with great enthusiasm.
