Dear family and friends of Susan ... It is with heavy hearts that we learn of the passing of Susan, quickly following the passing of John, and with foresight we pray that these two indelible spirits are together in the next dimension of living. Our prayers are with each of you as you travel separate as well as collection journey's of grieving your immense losses. May you find the strength and acceptance to be the shoulder for each other to make this adjustment lighter. I am so sorry to read about the loss of both your parents (and grandparents). I had the pleasure of working with Susan at Woodland Heights P.S. and loved her sense of humour and kindness. I remember her borrowing some things of mine to throw a friend a "tea party" -- just one of her many thoughtful gestures. May good memories sustain you during this most difficult time. My sincere condolences.

I will always remember Sue's hearty laugh around the kitchen table at my mom and dads house. I admired her volunteerism and her wonderful skills of persuasive creative writing. She had a gift in many areas. I hope the memories of Sue help ease the heartache. She is so loved xx

She made going to work a pleasure and we became partners in many adventures that I will remember with fondness in the days to come. Susan loved her family so much and it warmed my heart to watch this loving couple share so many good times with their children, grandchildren and siblings and we all benefited from her storytelling at work and when sharing a meal.
