Dean and family, So sorry to hear about Sue. My deepest sympathies to you. I wanted to attend her Celebration of Life, but I didn’t get back into Canada until after. I’ll miss Sue’s smiling face at the bowling tournaments!

~ Gwen Olar

We met Dean and Sue as neighbours on Martinet Ave. We quickly became friends and spent many happy times together including a couple of trips to Niagara to the Casino and a trip out West. We had lots of laughs together. Dean, Ashley, Kyle and family, we are so sorry to hear of Sue’s passing. We love you Sue! xx

Susan was such a wonderful person and I feel very fortunate to have known her all my life. She had the rare gift of making us feel happier by simply having a conversation with her. I met Sue at Extendicare London. She was my partener for a couple of years. I loved working with her, she always had my back when I wouldn't stand up for myself!! We became really good friends and when we retired we saw each other regularly. Sue had a heart of gold 💛. We shared many laughs. I love you Sue and will miss you so much. Dean, Ashley and family I am so sorry for your loss and my thoughts are with you. Rest in peace my special friend xxx

~ Joan Watkinson

We met Sue through Mary Roberts who is our next door neighbor, and we instantly loved and respected her. She had a smile that you could see a mile away, a laugh that was always at the ready, and a heart that cared so deeply about everyone around her. It was in her bone to help anyone who needed her. She had a mischievous twinkle in her eye, but she could and would stand up to any unfair individual or situation and say what needed to be said. She was beautiful and we were lucky to know her. Dean, we are holding you and your family daily in our prayers. It is so hard to lose Sue but you will see her again. Until then, know that she is still loving you, and that she always will be.

~ Dorothy and Bobbie McClelland

Sue was the most positive and giving human. I was humbled to be hired as her personal trainer many years ago. Even through the ups and downs of her own illness she cared deeply for others. Always making friendships through hardships. The life she lead was not easy. She fought hard for people she loved. She will always be thought of as a true warrior with a huge heart. Dean and family my sincerest sadness is heartfelt because she had an impact on my life. I hope you know how much she meant to so many others. Big hugs!
