Passed away with his family by his side on Friday, March 24th, 2017, in his 69th year. Ted is survived by Linda, his loving wife and best friend of 45 years. Loving father to Teddy (Emily) and Lisa (Rick) Mendonca.  Loving Poppy to Mackenzie and Cruz. Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday, April 27th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ted are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the London Regional Cancer Program.

Dear Linda I did a London obit search this am, something I have been doing for a while and found Ted's obituary. I contacted Stephen right away and tried to call Donna. Karen and I lived near Dallas Texas since 2013. I am sorry to hear of your family's loss. I know that it has not been very easy for you for a few years, so Karen and I express our admiration for your resilience and strength over the years. I was a visiting PSW within the last year of Ted's life. His name popped up in my mind recently and I came across this sad news. My condolences to you Linda. I witnessed your immense love and commitment to Ted. Your strength and love allowed him to live with dignity and quality of life. I am honoured to have journeyed with you both. Carina
