Peacefully at Ashwood Manor Retirement Home, Lambeth, on Monday, January 26, 2015, Thomas “Tom” Quinney of London in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Lillian (Beech) Quinney. Loving father of Greg Quinney (Mary) of Breslau, and Julaine Neufert of London. Proud Papa of Melissa (Dan), Danielle (Mike), Shaun, Rebecca and Rachel. Great-Papa to Kinsie, Coral and Austin. Also survived by nephew Barry Beech (Cathy). Tom was a devoted husband and father. He is now with his beloved wife of 70 years and is filling the Heavens with his wonderful singing voice. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff of Ashwood Manor for their love and kindness to Tom. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Strathroy Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tom are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

As I remember Mr. Quinney over the years with his kind words and always smiling. The love for his family, he was an amazing man . A truly one-of-a-kind. One of the good guys. His outstanding personality and positive qualities. Just remember all the good times and the memories you've shared with your father and all the love he gave you throughout the years. Now he's going to be with his beautiful wife Lillian. Much love to you and your family

Julianne , Greg and Family. So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Your Mom and Dad were such kind and generous people. Their love for each other was obvious to all. They are together now as are the 3 Quinney boys. Sorry that we will not be able to attend the funeral as we are away.

Mr. Quinney was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend. What I remember most is his great smile and kindness. He was funny and had a wonderful voice, and played the guitar so well it was a pleasure to of heard him play it and sing. I always enjoyed to having him for dinner because he loved to eat. There is no better compliment. I will miss Mr. Quinney but he has left us with so many great memories and I will cherish everyone of them. He was truly a one of a kind!
