My sympathies to all family and friends. I met Tracy many years ago when I was still working at John Bellone's music. I will always remember him from his first impression...I always called him "snake man" lol....since at the time he was always in the company of his rather large boa which he kept warm around his neck and shoulders. My wife also worked with him many years ago when he was a cook at Mexicali Rosa's downtown. over the years he frequently brought me guitars to fix and service and we spent hours talking about his music etc. he was a gentle soul and I was shocked to hear of his passing. I will remember him fondly.

Tracy, Tim, and I grew up together in Nelson Park. We were neighbors, sharing our pools, our homes, our food and of course our drive-way, which had no divider. My fondest childhood memories always involved Tracy and Tim and they stem from the kindness the Palmer's showed all of us kids on the street. The Fata family, Gino, Rosa, Cathy, and myself offer our sympathies to the entire Palmer family. May you rest in peace dear friend.

I'm writing this now with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart. I lost touch old friend, but never with the times and music we shared back in London. 15 minutes ago I was holding a guitar and thought of you and then Googled you to see if I could find out what you were doing after all these years. You've likely met Jimmy and Randy by now and I know you'll be jamming. Condolences family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Play in Peace Tracy, keep it under 11 and play one for me.

Shirley & Daryl I am sorry to hear the passing of someone you both loved dearly. You are in my prayers. Take great comfort knowing he is in a better place and not suffering anymore. If you need anything you know how to get a hold of me. *Hugs*

So saddened to hear of tracy's passing. Tracy was the kind of fellow that always treated his friends with love and respect. I had been talking to tracy the last few years on facebook and have always wanted to get together with him but the time was never right. So many memories of being in Mr Klopps class together and later as teens thru to our adult years. I will see you on the other side my brother.

Dearest Palmer Family, my deepest condolences on the loss of a dear family member. I had the honor and privilege of cleaning Tracy's apartment for him or sometimes I would come and do his laundry for him. Tracy was a kind, sweet, and gentle man with a hilarious sense of humor who truly missed his dogs and his mom. I was happy for him when he got his puppy, I knew sometimes he was lonely and his dog gave him much love and affection. Tracy and I shared our mutual love of animals, Our Name :D, and love of music. He will be truly missed. Fly High With The Angels Tracy! Till we meet again, say hi to my mom for me <3

September 22, 2019. Tracy and I never met but we communicated by phone and email for seven and a half years. I just learned of his passing this morning and was so saddened. My last attempts to reach Tracy were at his August birthday which he shared with our male Rottie, Carson. It was completely unlike Tracy not to return any communication. Over and over I phoned to no avail and now I know why. Those of you who knew Tracy well, no doubt knew of the puppy he had 9 years ago and he called Stinky. Well we ended up with Stinky, whom we renamed Carson, but Tracy did not want to lose track of this beloved dog. He still had the Mother and the Father, Axel, who lived to be 15, an incredible age for a Rottie. Over the years I sent Tracy hundreds of photos of Carson, many of which he posted on his Facebook page, and always kept him up to date with Carson's exploits with our female Rottie, Kyra. To his family and friends I send all best. He was a wonderful person. Darienne McAuley
