Watrous ‘Wat’ Robert Stauffer
October 18, 2020
It is with very heavy hearts that we share the passing of Wat Stauffer. He passed away suddenly, at the age of 84, at his home of 52 years in London, Ontario. He will be greatly missed by his son, Ken Stauffer; daughter, Wendy Stauffer; grandchildren: Tess Loveday-Wight (née Stauffer), Noah Stauffer, Piper Stauffer, Kiran Stauffer, and Phoenix Stauffer; great-grandson, Finnley Loveday-Wight; and godson, Tommy Stauffer. Survived by his brother Jim Stauffer. Predeceased by his loving wife Nancy Anne Stauffer (née Neilson) and brother Tom Stauffer. Wat was a genuine, compassionate guy with a great sense of humour. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, who was always there when you needed him. Due to COVID-19, there will be no service. A Celebration of Wat’s Life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Wat are asked to consider The Salvation Army or The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
