Gayle and family: I am a friend of Barry from Lady Beck Public School and Sir Adam Beck Secondary School although we have lost touch over time. I find words fall short of expressing sorrow but from a headstone in Ireland I pass on these words "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." So hold on to those memories and keep them tucked safely within your heart. Condolences from me and many Beckites that are learning about his passing.
